My Story:

I’ll never forget how I felt when I booked my first call with my coach.
I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and quietly terrified that nothing would ever change.

Part of me was ready to walk away from it all—
even as I carried these big, beautiful dreams inside,
heartbroken by the thought they might never become real.

I wasn’t looking for another Facebook group.
I had filled out more workbooks than I could count.
What I needed was real connection—a conversation with someone who truly saw me.
Someone who could speak into the nuances of my life, my business, my fears.
I needed real support for my reality.

And I’m endlessly grateful to my past self for making that call.

It wasn’t always easy. Sometimes the process felt painfully slow.
Other times, it came in like a wave—faster than I was ready for.
But when I look back now, I see a woman who said yes to herself—and that yes changed everything.
